How long does international shipping take for frames and wheelsets?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that custom paint jobs or specific build requests may require an additional 5-10 days for processing before dispatch.
Do Winspace products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our carbon frames and wheelsets are covered by a limited 2-year manufacturer warranty against structural defects. Accessories and small parts are covered for 1 year.
What is your return policy for performance components?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to framesets that have been partially assembled.
Are your carbon wheels UCI approved?
Many of our wheelsets, including the Hyper series, are UCI approved for use in sanctioned professional racing. Please check the specific product page for the UCI certification badge.
Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.
